Box Butte General Hospital is a non profit, critical access facility located in Nebraska. While undertaking an electronic charting initiative, they quickly realized that the number of passwords staff would need to remember was going to be problematic. Box Butte was able to come up with a collaborative solution that not only solved the password management issue but also increased system security.
