PR and Customer Relations Specialist
MARKETING
Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, this position will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of PR and Customer Relations related activities for Imprivata. Through daily interaction with senior executives and other company personnel, as well as coordination with outside PR and analyst firms, this person will ensure proper execution of all PR and Customer programs. This individual will also interact with customers and partners to secure approvals and testimonials to OneSign’s value. Responsibilities will span many tactical marketing activities, including, but not limited to:
- Liaise with customers on press, analyst and other marketing activities
- Develop and manage digital press kit and resources available on Imprivata web site
- Write abstracts, case studies, and other marketing materials
- Orchestrate social media in support of PR campaigns
- Coordinate schedules, attend briefings, coordinate distribution of releases and materials, press kits, etc.
- Maintain News section of Imprivata web site
- Handle analyst Inquiry requests from employees
- Support requests for customer involvement in marketing programs, research projects, company and sales meetings
- Support customer-related curriculum for User Group forums/meetings
- Secure customer approvals for references and stories
- Schedule internal resource time for PR and event activities
- Coordinate topics, abstracts and speakers for speaking opportunities and engagements
- Maintain speaking engagement calendar
- Coordinate fact checking for analyst notes, press articles, listings, etc.
- Track press clips and analyst briefs
- Coordinate proper distribution throughout Imprivata of announcements, articles, marketing program materials, etc.
Prior Education & Experience:
- College degree required.
- Computer and social media literacy is essential.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in PR/Communications, is required.
- An understanding of marketing basics is helpful.
