Liverpool Women’s NHS Trust Heals Password Problems with Imprivata® OneSign™

As one of the UK’s leading hospitals providing healthcare to women and infants, Liverpool Women's employs approximately 1000 professionals and serves as an active training and teaching facility. Liverpool’s staff were experiencing difficulty remembering the network logins required to access confidential information. As a result, the staff would write passwords on sticky notes or have failed attempts at accessing the applications resulting in application lockout causing calls to the Trust’s helpdesk to reset their passwords. Now, the Trust is using Imprivata’s OneSign for Single Sign-On and Strong Authentication to improve overall security and increase help desk productivity.
