Collin County Ensures User Compliance to Internal Security Policies with Imprivata OneSign
In 2005, the County began researching and evaluating single sign-on products in order to ensure user compliance to increasing internal security policies. The solution needed to be easy for IT to administer and maintain and able to work with the County’s current applications including AS400, Citrix and various judicial applications. Above all, it needed to have minimal impact on the user which would, in turn, ensure that its 1000 employees working on computers daily would actually make use of the single sign-on solution.
