The Premium Maintenance Plan is designed for customers who have more time sensitive and complex operations that require a premium level of technical support. The Premium Maintenance Plan includes all of the services outlined in the Basic Maintenance Plan plus the following premium services:
- 24x7 coverage
- 2 participant passes to online self-paced training classes
- 4 named customer support contacts
- Imprivata will ship a replacement appliance due to hardware failure at no charge even after hardware warranty has expired
- Faster response times to cases (based on priority level)
- Remote assistance & training services for 2 upgrades included per year
