The Florida Local Government Information Systems Association (FLGISA) 2009 Annual Conference, took place July 14-16 at the St. Johns County Convention Center in St. Augustine, FL. The FLGISA is an association of local government information technology managers, chief information officers and technology decision makers from around the state of Florida.
