Health Audit Package

For customers that have had OneSign installed for a while, it is sometimes difficult to have a working knowledge of the “health” of the installation. Over time, profiles can be updated, deleted, etc., and changes made to policies, workflows, etc. With the OneSign Health Audit, Imprivata will review your implementation and make recommendations on how you could improve your installation. These recommendations will be delivered in a formal report at the end of this engagement.

Work Performed:

Through a series of meetings held over 2 days our consultant will perform the following services as part of this package:

• Review the current OneSign configuration (general configuration, policies, etc)
• Evaluate current workflows
• Evaluate current application profiles and deployment of them
• Evaluate current user deployment

Upon completion of the meetings, Imprivata will:

• Review all of the findings to determine recommendations to improve the implementation of OneSign, including possible software upgrades that would offer relevant new features
• Document recommendations into a formal document that highlights the most appropriate changes and suggestions the customer should consider to improve or adjust their implementation
