Solution Assessment Package

Considering the implementation of a new authentication management/ESSO solution, or changes to your existing one, is a key decision in improving end-user workflows and strengthening your network security. Typical Work Performed:

Through a series of meetings held over 2 days with key stakeholders, end-users and IT staff, our consultant will perform the following services as part of this package:

• In person observation of end-users “in action,” in their current operation environment
• Learning of the current end-user operating environment (functional workflows)
• Understanding the critical business problem/objective the organization wants to solve
• Understand the technical operating environment, including systems, networking, etc.

Upon completion of the meetings, Imprivata will:

• Apply industry specific compliance requirements to a proposed solution
• Identify key considerations the new solution must be capable of addressing
• Identify products to address business issues and technical solution requirements
• Identify services required to properly implement and deploy a solution
• Apply all learnings from the above items into a formal solution document that highlights the most appropriate mix of products and services that will achieve the objectives of the project and the desired outcome from those products and services
