Implementation Services

Imprivata offers a variety of implementation services to assist our customers with the installation, configuration, and deployment of OneSign in their organization. The following services are available as a complete implementation package or individually as required to assist a customer with their OneSign project.

Implementation Services:

• Project Management Services:
• Full Project Management services: Imprivata will manage the entire OneSign implementation for you, including your tasks and responsibilities. This service includes facilitating status calls, tracking work progress, etc.
• Limited Project Management services: Imprivata manages the activities and project tasks required of Consultant in the course of delivering purchased services. It is a very light form of project management and not meant to be a project management solution for a OneSign project. Customers provide overall project management for an implementation.
• Discovery Services:
• Discovery services are performed at the beginning of an implementation -where the project’s objectives and key requirements are discussed. The goal is to ensure that all of the involved project team participants are aware of the scope of the project, is schedule, and any special circumstances or requirements for the project.
• Installation and Configuration Services:
• Imprivata will work with the customer to setup the OneSign appliances, sync then with their domain directory, setup policies, configure strong authentication devices, etc.
• Application Profiling and Enablement:
• Imprivata will use its years of experience profiling applications in OneSign to profile your critical applications in the most efficient and scalable manner possible includingthe following screens within an applications workflow:Login, Logoff, Change password, and Invalid Login.
• Once applications are profiled, Imprivata will assist with enabling the applications for the requested users (per customer request) and/or explaining how to enable them in the future for additional end-users.
• Integrated Testing:
• Imprivata will work with your testing team to ensure that each application is thoroughly tested (as time allows) and operates as it was profiled. This includes testing within an environment that should, as closely as possible, mirror the production environment. The goal is to identify any issues that may be workflow driven that were not discovered during the profiling process. Additionally, strong authentication devices will also be tested to ensure proper operation and adherence to any relevant computer or user policies configured within OneSign.
• Deployment Planning:
• Imprivata will work with the customer’s project team to prepare for deployment. Typically, best practices around end-user communication, training, etc, are discussed. Initial deployment groups are selected, and the deployment process will be discussed and documented accordingly. As with any software deployment, proper planning is a key component to a successful deployment and in yielding a high level of end-user adoption.
• Deployment Services:
• Imprivata will work closely with yourproject team as OneSign is deployed across the organization. This may include assisting with end-user training, OneSign agent installation, credential or strong authentication enrollment, and troubleshooting any issues that may present themselves during the actual deployment. Have an onsite presence during the deployment, and helping end-users through the process is a best practice that we believe strongly in. In some cases, when end-users can’t be nterrupted during their shift, enrollment stations can be created and utilized for enrollment; a task that Imprivata can also assist with setting up and administering.

Individual implementation services can be purchased as needed or as a package. Resources are scheduled in advance, so please speak with your Imprivata sales representative for more information and to allow us to accommodate your schedule requirements.
