The Premium Maintenance and Support Plan is designed for customers who have more time-sensitive and complex operations that require a premium level of technical support. The Premium Maintenance and Support Plan includes all of the services outlined in the Basic Maintenance and Support Plan plus the following premium services:
- 24x7 coverage
- 6 pre-named support contacts
- In the event of a hardware failure involving your OneSign appliance, Imprivata will provide an "as new" replacement appliance at no additional charge even after the hardware warranty has expired
- Faster response times to cases (based on priority level)
