In order to provide you with the highest level of customer service for your OneSign implementation, Imprivata offers two customermaintenance and support options:Premium and Basic. The Premium Maintenance Plan is designed for customers who have more time sensitive and complex operations that require a premium level of technical support. For customers who require basic coverage throughout the business week, Imprivata’s Basic Maintenance Plan is sufficient.
Both Premium and Basic Maintenance packages provide customers with telephone, email and web support, access to our online Customer Center and all of the latest software releases and updates.
