In order to provide you with the highest level of customer service for your purchase, Imprivata offers two maintenance and support options for our each of our products:  Premium and Standard. Our Premium Maintenance and Support Plan is designed for customers who have more time-sensitive and complex operations that require around-the-clock coverage. For customers who only require coverage throughout the business week, our Standard Maintenance and Support Plan is available.

Both our Premium and Standard Maintenance and Support Plans provide customers with telephone and web-based support, access to our online Customer Center and all of the latest software releases and updates.
