Our Premium Maintenance and Support Plans are designed for customers who have more time-sensitive and complex operations that require around-the-clock coverage. For customers who only require coverage throughout the business week, our Basic Maintenance and Support Plans are available.
Both our Premium and Basic Maintenance and Support Plans provide customers with telephone and web-based support, access to our online Customer Center and all of the latest software releases and updates.
