If the customer withdraws or cancels attendance to an Imprivata training course they must do so on or before the cancellation date. The cancellation date is 14 days prior to the course start date. The payment is held as credit at Imprivata and may be used to attend this course or another equivalent course at another date and location within one year purchase date.
If the customer does not cancel on or before the cancellation date they will forfeit the course fee in its entirety.
Imprivata reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training at any time. If Imprivata cancels or reschedules the training due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Imprivata, the customer is entitled to a credit, but Imprivata is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by the customer as a result of such cancellation. If Imprivata cancels a training in which the customer is enrolled, the customer will be contacted at the email address provided when registering, so a valid email address is required in the registration process.
