Insight into the latest release
The 6.3 release of the Imprivata Connector for Epic Hyperspace was built from the ground up using new Epic authentication APIs that set both companies, and our joint customers, up for a more future proof and integrated solution than our legacy Connector could offer. As a design principle our goal is to never disrupt customer workflows, however with a new integration with Epic we understand that this release may introduce behavior that was not entirely consistent with the product over the past ten years.
Imprivata would like to take this opportunity to highlight some of the workflow changes as a result of the new integration and address topics that our customers are interested in, including:
