Imprivata to Showcase New Innovations for Unlocking the Power of Desktop Virtualization during VMworld 2015

Customers Using Imprivata Solutions to Enable Fast, Secure, No Click Access® to Virtual Desktops Collectively Save More Than 140,000 Hours per Day

Lexington, Mass.–August 25, 2015—Imprivata® (NYSE: IMPR), the healthcare IT security company, its customers, and its partners will showcase Imprivata’s leading solutions and new innovations for unlocking the full potential of desktop virtualization during VMworld 2015 US (August 30-September 3, 2015 in San Francisco; Imprivata booth #2425). Healthcare organizations using Imprivata’s products to deliver fast, secure, No Click Access® to virtual desktops and applications collectively save more than 140,000 hours per day. By significantly reducing login times, Imprivata enables providers to more securely and efficiently access, communicate, and transact with patient health information to improve productivity and enhance the patient experience.

At VMworld, Imprivata will also highlight new innovations and initiatives that further enhance the value of mobility and desktop virtualization in healthcare, including the company’s breakthrough Hands Free Authentication, fast, secure No Click Access® support for RDS hosted applications through VMware Horizon 6, and Imprivata’s participation in ACE (App Configuration for Enterprise), an organization dedicated to developing an open standard approach for managing and securing apps deployed via enterprise mobility management solutions.

As part of the conference agenda, three Imprivata customers will participate in a panel discussion about their use of Imprivata products to support provider mobility and drive workflow efficiency.
