Our mission

Our mission is to support today's children and youth and their quality of life through wellbeing and educational initiatives. We channel our passion for teamwork and focus on giving back to the surrounding communities where we work.

Imprivata giving back

At Imprivata, we believe in making a positive, measurable impact. We strive to foster a sense of community amongst all employees.

Imprivata hosted two job shadow events with United Way and Crossroads where employees worked with high school students to learn more about engineering, team building, and the corporate environment

"Our employees have always had a strong passion for giving back to the community. The Imprivata Cares program gives our employees great opportunities to work together as a team while providing support to youth in need around the world."

- Kelliann McCabe, Chief People Officer of Imprivata

A group of our interns volunteered at The Greater Boston Food Bank where they sorted food that would be distributed to different shelters throughout the greater Boston area.

Our San Francisco employees donated blankets, books, and stuffed animals to Project Night Night, an organization that sends packages to homeless children in the Bay area.

Our Santa Cruz office collected and donated canned goods during the Thanksgiving season.

Our Tampa office collected and donated assorted food, clothing, and supplies for A Kid's Place - a safe, loving, and nurturing home to foster children.

In support of the Samaritan’s yearly shoebox appeal, our UK office donated shoeboxes filled with toys, small clothing items, and other useful things for children in various countries.

Along with other supplies, Imprivata donated three refrigerators to the Home for Little Wanderers. A special thank you to Sterling Movers who donated their time and resources to make this happen.

Imprivata participated in Tech Gives Back by helping out two charities: People Helping People, where some employees assisted in a community garden, and Ethos, where employees helped make placemats for the elderly population of Boston.

Lexington office donated 365 books to Boston Children’s Hospital. UK office donated 205 books to Evelina Hospital School.
