Thank you for your continued partnership with Imprivata. We are writing to make sure you are aware of our recent product innovations and other enhancements to our offerings, and to let you know about upcoming pricing adjustments that will impact your license, services and/or maintenance renewal(s), starting in January 2026.
Imprivata remains committed to delivering secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that help you achieve your operational and business goals while reducing your total cost of ownership. Over the past year, we have made significant investments across our portfolio to ensure our solutions provide even greater value for your organization and your users. Highlights include:
- Advanced passwordless authentication: The introduction of new face authentication technology integrated across our product portfolio (including on workstations and shared mobile devices) supports faster, easier, and more secure access for all your users. Other new passwordless authentication capabilities include enhanced support for phishing-resistant FIDO passkeys for both shared and single user devices.
- Expanded ecosystem integrations: Tap-and-go, single sign-on and fast user switching on macOS computers, directory support for Microsoft Entra ID, and virtual desktop infrastructure integrations with Microsoft AVD and Citrix Cloud, among others, enable you to leverage Imprivata products across a wider range of devices, applications, and workflows.
- Enhanced AI-powered analytics: Generating near real-time product status data and more in-depth workflow insights such as device access patterns, timeout behavior, and workstation utilization supports data-driven strategic security and operational decisions.
- Improved user experience and operational efficiency: Modern, updated UIs across product lines, faster and more streamlined self-service options for credential reset and shared mobile device access, and increased automation simplifies audit recordkeeping and reporting.
- Customer-first CX programs to reinforce value and support: Enhancements designed to drive faster resolution of support cases, easier access to documentation, expanded self-service options, and improved case routing ensures issues get to the right experts more quickly. We are also modernizing our support processes with quality assurance programs, 24x7 coverage, and AI-powered tools to help prevent issues before they impact you. From streamlining post-sales handoffs to improving customer journey mapping and launching a new Customer Experience Center, these initiatives are focused on making every interaction with Imprivata more efficient, transparent, and impactful—so you see greater returns on your investment every day.
Looking ahead, Imprivata will continue to invest in key areas that add value for your organization and your users, including further enhancing passwordless authentication, integrating more capabilities across our portfolio and your IT ecosystem, and generating even greater AI-powered analytics and insights. Our public roadmaps reflect these innovations and more, and we would be happy to have a more detailed discussion with you about the specific value they offer.
To ensure we can continue to make these and other investments, the following pricing changes will take effect as part of your 2026 renewal(s), starting January 1, 2026:
- At this time, there are no planned price increases for the training subscriptions or software licenses of PatientSecure, Patient Access, or the following Enterprise Access Management (FKA OneSign & Confirm ID) offerings:
- EPCS
- Confirm ID for Remote Access
- Self Service Password Management
- Medical Device Access
- Imprivata Community Connect (all SKUs)
- Fingerprint Biometric Identification (FBID)
- There are no planned price increases for our hardware offerings. However, we continue to evaluate the geopolitical environment and its impact on our hardware costs. Should there be any unforeseen change, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- With all our offerings outlined below, a multi-year agreement allows you to lock in lower pricing for a longer period, making budgeting more predictable and helping you avoid additional increases during that term.
- Pricing for software licenses of Enterprise Access Management (FKA OneSign & Confirm ID) and Unimate will increase by 5% for a three-year term and 8% for a one-year term
- Pricing for software licenses of Privileged Access Security
- Customer Privileged Access Management (CPAM)(FKA SecureLink) will not increase
- Vendor Privileged Access Management (VPAM)(FKA SecureLink) will increase by 3% for a three-year term and 5% for a one-year term
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)(FKA Xton) will increase by 5% for a three-year term and 8% for a one-year term
- Pricing for software licenses of Access Compliance (FKA FairWarning) will increase by 1% for a three-year term and 3% for a one-year term
- Pricing for software licenses of the new Mobile Bundles (SUB-MAM) (FKA GroundControl) will increase by 1% for a three-year term and 3% for a one-year term while all other Mobile licenses will increase by 5% for a three-year term and 8% for a one-year term
- Pricing for professional & managed services offerings will increase by about 2.5% on average.
These adjustments will take effect as part of your renewal process starting January 1,2026 (perpetual maintenance and/or annual subscription) and for additional purchases of software licenses and/or other offerings on and after January 1, 2026. Please note, current pricing will be honored on active quotes through the Quote Expiration Date.
