CHIME Foundation names Imprivata’s Carina Edwards to Foundation Board of Directors
Imprivata’s Senior Vice President of Customer Experience brings extensive health IT experience to the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives Foundation
Lexington, Mass. – September 22, 2016—Imprivata®, the healthcare IT security company, today announced that Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Carina Edwards, has been appointed to the board of directors of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) Foundation. Ms. Edwards will serve a four-year term, beginning on January 1, 2017.
With more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience, Ms. Edwards has a strong track record of helping companies realize their next stages of growth and creating customers for life by transforming customer insights into easy to experience solutions that fuel customer success. In her role at Imprivata, she is responsible for the company’s worldwide professional services, customer support, customer advocacy, customer retention, and information technology teams, leading a team of 155 individuals in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
