Rooted in security, privacy, and trust, Fran has built a distinguished career marked by significant achievements, previously serving as the CEO of ForgeRock. During the five years of Fran’s leadership, ForgeRock grew over 400%, executed on a SaaS transition and cemented itself as a leader in both the Consumer Identity and Access (CIAM) and Workforce Identity markets, completing a successful IPO in 2021 and a sale to Thoma Bravo in August of this year.
Prior to his tenure at ForgeRock, Fran held the position of Executive Vice President and GM of Consumer Digital Safety at Symantec. During his time at Symantec, he led the $2 billion+ Consumer Digital Safety segment, overseeing the protection of over 50 million consumers. Additionally, Rosch headed the User Protection and Productivity team and served as Senior Vice President of Authentication and Identity Management Services.
