Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2015 were $30.0 million, an increase of 29% from revenues of $23.2 million for the same period in 2014. Revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2015 were $55.6 million, an increase of 30% from revenues of $42.7 million for the same period in 2014.
