Lexington, Mass.—June 24, 2014—Imprivata® (NYSE: IMPR) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “IMPR” on June 25, 2014.
