GroundControl Cloud Services.
The specifications and system requirements for GroundControl, including any additional licenses, subscriptions, or Hardware, are as described in the Documentation.
Pricing Metrics.
GroundControl pricing is based on Customer’s number of unique Devices as set forth in an Imprivata Order Form. “Device” means an electronic device that runs on the Android or iOS operating system as specified in the Documentation. In the event a Device is lost, stolen, or no longer in use by the Customer, Customer may replace such Device and re-allocate access to the Cloud Service from the original authorized Device to another authorized Device, provided that in no event may the number of authorized Devices exceed the number of Devices purchased by Customer.
