Imprivata HealthCon: Where your hotel key opens more than just your door

At Imprivata’s first annual HealthCon User Conference, attendees will have the opportunity to use their RFID-enabled hotel room key to access their guest room AND a personalized virtual desktop at kiosks throughout the conference space!

Imprivata HealthCon will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, MA and will feature the ability for guests to simply tap their room key on their door lock to access their room. When attendees check in at the Hyatt, they will be given a pair of room keys which will be pre-enrolled in the OneSign demo environment at HealthCon. Attendees can then use either key to “tap into” their room and “tap into” a virtual desktop at a kiosk.    

At each kiosk, attendees will be able to:

• Experience No Click Access^® to virtual desktops using OneSign^® Virtual Desktop Access
• Access a personalized virtual desktop that will single sign-on to web applications such as GMail, Yahoo or LinkedIn, as well as information on the conference and local attractions
• Roam your personalized virtual desktop from kiosk to kiosk
• Print conference details, schedules, maps, boarding passes and information about local attractions using on-demand printing provided by Jetmobile
