Biometric Patient Identity Cloud Services.
The specifications and system requirements for Imprivata Biometric Patient Identity, including any additional licenses or subscriptions are as described in the Documentation.
Pricing Metrics.
Imprivata Biometric Patient Identity pricing is based on Customer’s total number of Active Patient Enrollments as set forth in an Imprivata Order Form. “Active Patient Enrollment” shall mean each unique patient who enrolls using Biometric Patient Identity during the Subscription Term. Imprivata may conduct a subscription true forward annually during the Subscription Term (each a “True Forward”). Each True Forward will compare the number of purchased Active Patient Enrollment subscriptions for Biometric Patient Identity (“Purchased Active Patient Enrollments”) against a report of the number of Active Patient Enrollments registered by Customer for Biometric Patient Identity (“Registered Active Patient Enrollments”) during the twelve months prior to the True Forward. If the number of Registered Active Patient Enrollments exceeds the number of Purchased Active Patient Enrollments, Customer shall purchase additional subscriptions as set forth in Imprivata’s then-current pricelist effective as of the applicable True Forward date and co-termed with the Purchased Active Patient Enrollments in an amount not less than the Registered Active Patient Enrollments.
